What materials are allowed in the dumpster?
General household junk, furniture, renovation debris, shingles, decking, flooring and drywall. No paint, fuel, tires, batteries or freon-containing appliances. Yard waste, dirt and concrete go in a separate heavy-debris container.
Is same-day dumpster delivery available?
In most cases, yes — call before 1pm on a weekday and we'll fit you into that afternoon's run. Orders after 1pm go out on the first route the following morning.
How many days can I keep the container?
Every size comes with seven days on site as standard. If you need more time, just call or text before your scheduled pickup and we'll extend it.
Which size do most homeowners go with?
The 20 yard is our most popular. It handles kitchen renovations and full-home cleanouts, and it's the container we drop off most often in Birmingham. If your project calls for something smaller, we'll let you know and bring a 10 or 15 instead.
Will I need a permit in Birmingham?
Not if the container sits on a private driveway. If it needs to go on a public street, Birmingham requires a right-of-way permit — we'll point you to the right office.
